Our roadtrip in film.

I remember, it was my junior year in high school and I was sitting on the soccer field.
I had been rather high maintenance, asking my dad to drive me about the entire day.
Back and forth, from home to school, school to home, home to soccer, etc.
I had forgotten a check for my team pictures and he ran across the entire field to give it to me.
A team mate asked "...Is that your brother?"
At that age, most girls would be embarrassed of their dads, however, I've never had anything to be embarrassed about.
The most compassionate, kind hearted, sincere person I know, is my dad.
I'm sitting here at the computer with tears streaming down my cheeks, because it overwhelms me to think of my relationship I have with my him.
There was a Postsecret this week that said "I don't understand people whose greatest fear is becoming their parents. I wish I could be half as amazing someday."
I feel the same way, I'm so grateful for my dad.

A few things on my mind.

-Watched Psych week. Did anyone else? We are amazing. Humans. And I feel, that no matter what it is, we're all loved in our own ways. Even if you eat chalk, are addicted to tanning or have a fifteen year old boy personality living inside of you. Please, please take a watch of some clips here.

 

- I'm loving Happy Hour at Starbucks. Half price frappuccinos are making my week splendid.

- I had a lovely Mother's Day, photos will be posted soon.

- I'm being completely bombarded with questions on Formspring as to why I didn't do Miss Lehi this year. (hahhaa)

- A dear friend of mine was called to serve in New York, New York! I'm incredibly happy for him and know that these next two years will be such a blessing to his life.

I hope you all had a magical Monday,

and wish me luck fishing in the cold tomorrow.

I love her humor.
I love her testimony.
I love her proud moments.

I love our memories.

And honestly,
I'd be no where without her.
None of us would be anywhere without her,
and I don't even know how to begin to express that on a deeper level.
She's my entire backbone.
And, I want you to read her blog and know that it doesn't even show a quarter of the person she is.
She's incredible, and I feel so blessed.
