40th anniversary.

Sadly, forty years ago this month, in 1969, one of the most beautiful women in Hollywood, Sharron Tate, was brutally murdered. Although Charles Manson was never convicted of participating in the murder of Tate, including all the others who died that night, and the LaBianca's the following night, Charles Manson was sentenced to life in prison for conspiracy of the murders that were carried out by Susan Atkins (who recently has been diagnosed with brain cancer and is seeking a compassionate release), Tex Watson, Patricia Krenwinkel, and Linda Kasabian (who was never convicted for the murders but was recently found with possession of Meth and attended rehabilitation). He is known as a serial killer and/or a cult leader; a group of hundreds of men and women referred to as The Family were seen to be a cult to the public and media. The man who has been known the past forty years to be "the most dangerous man alive" is currently 74 and will continue to go up for parole, although he doesn't see this in his future, "So for you people who are filled with fear that I might someday be released: breathe easy, I don't see it happening." As horrifying as those nights in 69 were, this man really does have a way with words. And, I find him to be absolutely fascinating as I find myself in awe at all of his music. Favorite songs by Charles Manson: Look at Your Game Girl, Home is Where You're Happy, Ego, and Cease to Exist. (There's lock of his hair on a legit site of 3000 dollars, if I had the money, that would be an incredible purchase.)

"You just struggle and struggle until you struggle and then there's no such thing as struggle."
P.S. The History Channel will be airing a 2 hour special on Manson in September.
